You’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details once it's completed.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping usually takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Yes — if your order hasn’t been processed yet. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@snowydeals.com or call +1 (502) 808-8790. Once an order is shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Do you charge sales tax?
